“Brendon assessed a car at the garage prior to us deciding if to purchase.
On this occasion we did not get an update before I started chasing for feedback after the assessment/diagnostics took place.
It was getting late in the day so I started making contact. Unfortunately he had a puncture which delayed….
Feedback was overall positive on the car although I did not feel it was detailed verbally.
I wasn’t confident of his knowledge on part of the diagnostics that took place.
He told me he had to look up what it meant.
The email, with a full report, took some time to arrive, I received it later that evening.
The mechanic was not aware the car was an N Cat. ( I believe it would have been beneficial to be aware prior to assessment).
We found the mechanic apologetic and polite.
Our previous experience was outstanding so I guess he had a lot to stand up to.”
