Having a computer diagnostic that was 15 minutes with no physical check of the engine whereby oil is in the cylinder then told I can take my car that cannot be driven to his friends garage 80 miles away
No I am not happy with what should be a full inspection of the car ,also then left in the same situation to now find a garage so total waste of time and money especially when I explained I had RAC diagnosed in the first place ..

The report was not particularly comprehensive and lacked the level of detail I would expect from paying for the top end service.

Upon collecting the vehicle, the speedometer was experiencing issues and the ECU warning light was illuminated, neither of which was adequately addressed in the report.

I have used ClickMechanic previously and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, on this occasion the inspection felt rushed and did not justify the cost of the premium-level service that was purchased.
