Eric was poor with his diagnostic report. I showed the report to the mechanics for further process to sort out the fault. All the mechanics said the diagnostic is unclear, it doesnt pin point the fault. Also, Eric doesnt want to help me further.He doesnt respond to my calls & texts. I still have got the fault & I already paid for the diagnostic which no mechanics understand.
