Though very disappointed to be quoted a price to which I agreed to, only to be charged additional extra after the work was completed, despite being told this would not be the case?

He ran the diagnostics on my car, ensured I had all the information I needed and told me next steps to take with my local garage ( as this is where my car will be worked on). Worth the money - I booked same day service which only cost me £10 more. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Eric was dealing with my son on my behalf as it was his car that needed repairing, As far as I can say Eric was helpful and polite. It was just unfortunate that the repair would have been really costly and in the long term may not have solved the problem.
