“John arrived at the time arranged, was warm and friendly, and got straight to work fitting a new catalytic convertor on my Citroen C3. He seemed well prepared with his tools and equipment and the work was done tidily. After fitting John took my car for a test drive and everything seemed to be working as expected.

Before John left I tested the car using my own OBD reader and everything seemed fine there also. Since having the part fitted I have done some test driving, including looking at OBD data, and I think the problem I had, which had been ongoing for quite a while, is now fully resolved which is very pleasing for me.

I think John does a professional job and there is nothing negative to say. From my perspective it was done really well and also quickly. I think he knows exactly what he is doing with his work.”
