Simon M
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the motor industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for quality vehicle repair and diagnostics. I began my career with a Ford dealership, gaining a strong foundation in mechanical repairs and customer service. I then broadened my experience working with various dealerships, with Vauxhall being a personal favourite due to the depth of training and variety of work. Once qualified, I joined The AA, where I thrived in a fast-paced environment that constantly challenged and developed my technical abilities. Following that, I spent 15 years with Green Flag, further honing my diagnostic skills and gaining extensive experience in roadside assistance and customer-focused repair solutions. I specialise in auto electrics and have a deep understanding of vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and repair across a wide range of makes and models. Whether it’s a simple service or a complex electrical issue, I aim to provide honest, reliable, and professional service every time. Read more

Simon did a great job diagnosing my vehicle's issue and successfully reprogramming my keys. However, after agreeing to book me in for the actual repair, he completely ghosted me. I’ve called multiple times and left messages with no response or follow-up whatsoever.
Great technical skills, but the lack of communication and reliability makes it impossible to recommend them for any real repair work.
