“Belated thanks to Filip for early next morning inspection on a ridiculously cold Saturday. He was thorough and clearly explained everything, giving me options.
The 'belated' bit is due to a week's delay in confirming Filip's initial finding that it's a water pump issue (AA parts/labour cover requires their callout - also reckoned pump - and nominated garage diagnostic) - which was tricky as there are several potential causes of the heating problem. Filip is friendly, punctual and attested twice over as knowledgeable. Go ahead, book Filip, I would do so again without hesitation. I have recommended Filip and Click Mechanic to others.”

“Booked my vehicle in for a service and MOT, sadly they found it needed some minor work done as well, but this was not a problem. Collection of my car was friendly and smooth and the communication throughout the process was fantastic. They completed the service and MOT, gave me a call and informed me that there was some minor works to be done, sent me a revised cost and got on with the job. They kept me up to date with what they are doing and made sure I was satisfied throughout. Delivery was again, friendly, informative and smooth. Would definitely recommend this garage and use them again. Only advice I have for others is ready ALL the items included within the full service as I had thought a full brake fluid replacement was included but its not, only a top up. Apart from that all is good.”
