I’m hoping you still have me on record for the company that replaced my clutch late last year or early this year. The car has been nowhere else since that repair. They had to do the job twice because the wasn’t operating well. They also said they had to work on/clean the DPF!
When this engineer, James, came to service and MOT my car he quoted £212! When he got down to it he found the DPF had a hole in it and a ‘bandage’ wrapped round it. This could only have been done by the previous company!
The DPC has had to be replaced at a cost of around £1500! So my final bill from Icon motors and James Black is over £2000! He had my car for six days in total! My car also failed the first MOT after James had serviced it, which meant more work!
So no, I’m not very happy with my experiences with Click Mechanic!
