Never met James as I was at work. Arrived on time to pick car up for MOT. Would use them again as you don't need to take time off work or hang around while work is being done. Car needs service soon so try them again to see how that works out.

I didn't get car back until near Friday lunchtime apparently they broke a sensor when replacing the gear box and couldn't get one till Friday morning. When car arrived back I looked under the bonnet to see if I could see the new sensor, the first thing I spotted was the starter motor about 10mm. Out from where it should be, the bolts hadn't been tightened, so he got spanners out and tightened it up. Regarding the clutch it works well so pleased about that, otherwise not impressed. Dave.

James kept in touch with me throughout, which I really appreciated, what with working full-time. The convenience of having my car picked up and dropped off would be a reason I'd use this service again.
