Simon attended on a Sunday to carry out a diagnostic and DPF regen on our car.
His knowledge was impeccable, and was really diligent in his work.
We have also had a number of questions unrelated to his work, post visit which he has taken time to respond to promptly in out of office hours.

Simon provided an absolutely exceptional service from start to finish.

His communication was brilliant — he kept me fully updated via text and phone calls, letting me know exactly when he’d arrive and what he was doing. This made it easy for me to plan my day around his visit, which I really appreciated.

From the moment he arrived, Simon was completely professional. He worked on my car continuously until the job was done, showing real dedication and pride in his work.

I contacted Click Mechanic for a same-day diagnostic inspection and requested the earliest appointment available, which was between 12:00 and 14:00. The technician called me at around 11:49 to inform me that he would arrive at 12:44. Just before his arrival, I received a call at 12:42 stating that he was already waiting beside my car.

Simon Law, the technician, asked me about the symptoms of the problem with my car and then got to work. He ran the engine, listened to its sounds, and plugged in a computer to check for any recorded faults.

Simon was brilliant. I've had several inspections on potential purchases this month and he was by far the most useful, with regard to his opinions. He gave me an honest, pragmatic review that more use than the AA ones I've had recently. You're lucky if he does your inspection!
