Vauxhall Movano Car Won't Start Inspection

Awful experience. Doesn’t reply. No communication. Been left waiting for a day when the parts in for 11 days. He’s rude. Don’t recommend at all

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Throughout the process we did respond to your messages and kept you informed that the required parts were due to be delivered between today and Monday. You were advised of these delivery dates in advance and were happy for us to proceed and order the parts with the known timeframe.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays once parts are with the courier. We sourced the parts via Amazon specifically to help keep the cost down for you, as our usual supplier was outside of your budget.
As a mobile mechanics service, there are times when we are with customers and unable to reply immediately, which may be why a small number of messages went unanswered.
Please also note that we are driving and it is illegal to use a mobile phone whilst driving.
We would also like to highlight that while attending your van, we scanned your wife’s Land Rover free of charge as a goodwill gesture. We always aim to be transparent and accommodating and regret that you’re unhappy with the experience.
