Efficiently diagnosed the potential issue with my air con. Darren was very personable and a good communicator.

Good coms from the Mechanic as his previous job was overrunning not an issue as i was off work, did job in time allotted in 26 degree heat, took photos of broken parts to show me and took old parts away, very happy with job.

I didn't actually see or speak to Andrew but my husband said he was a friendly guy & knew what he was doing. The punctuality to be fair wasn't his fault he had a long way to come & traffic bad

Darren was excellent; he was very friendly and obviously very experienced and knowledgeable; he picked up on an issue not picked up during a recent service as well and did a temporary repair to buy some time.
