David was excellent and took the time to call me after the MOT to discuss the comments on the MOT certificate and advise me on next steps.

Tom arrived on time, was very friendly and completed the work as promised. Communication was excellent. Great job!

Tom was decent and friendly, but not very informative. He did give his - reassuring - views on the limited risks associated with the cautions, and other outcomes, clearly, but contact time was limited, and I’m not mechanically oriented anyway to ask questions. Driving since the service all appears well.

Tom arrived at the exact time that was agreed. He communicated clearly and finished the work required in record time.

Tom was great today. The car was picked up on time and delivered back in around 2 hours. Fantastic service all round from him and the booking process online with ClickMechanic. I'll use again for sure.
