Competent, honest and engaging. They know the cars inside out and have extensive training and knowledge from blue chip dealership backgrounds.

David was helpful and clear about everything. He spotted a loose aluminium heat shield and offered to secure this at no extra cost. On return he ran through the MOT advisories and gave an opinion on actions to be taken. Most useful.

First time using this site and it was first class. Would recommend to anyone looking for a speedy response backed by a quality service.

It did what it said on the tin - as people have said. Thomas was a true gent and showed me pictures of the work carried out. A far cry from the local Audi garage that had 3 visits to resolve this issue (and failed).
