Olly was amazing! He carried out a pre-sale inspection for a van I wanted to buy. He was really communicative throughout the whole process, he messaged me promptly after the booking to let me know he was in touch with the vehicle owner, he replied to all messages, and was really friendly.

He called me after the inspection and advised me against buying the van. He gave me a very detailed report over the phone and told me all of the problems with the van. I was relieved, and happy to take his advice and avoid buying a vehicle that was going to be a liability and cost me even more in repairs in the near future.

Oliver has just carried out a Premium pre inspection of my soon to be new to me Audi A7.
I only booked it at 12am the night before and he was there for 9am!
I had to travel down to where the car was by train and he kept me informed all the way through, even rang me before he got there as I had concerns that my 4 hour trip might be wasted ( turned out car was as described and all ok).
Absolutely brilliant service and in depth report with pics to show exactly what jobs were being carried out.

Changed Front discs and pads, wouldn't know that they were there. Took car on test drive and come to front of house when finished. Excellent job and very efficient.
