It was just ok. I later noticed the car child lock is not working which wasn't noticed during the testing. Also, the hill assist is having some issue which wasn't checked earlier.

First time I have used this service and was pleasantly surprised. The engineer fitted the new battery which was not that straightforward as minimal space in SmartForTwo Car and position of the old battery was not easy to get to but he managed to fit it correctly and the price quoted was the final price paid. Good Service and will certainly use again when required.

Yes and a credit to you, he was honest with me regarding the issue with the rear brake shoes and why he couldn’t fit (wrong design) but fortunately for me didn’t require replacing at this time. He also pointed out a leak which has been rectified.

I find Andrew to be very knowledgeable very helpful in answering my questions. He made the repairs to my car showing me the defective item and the replacement item to be fitted all done at my place of work so with minimum inconvenience to myself would highly recommend Andrew to any other customers
