Emily and George were great. Excellent communications and support. Completed the service despite the drizzle, gave really good feedback and was clear on what needed to be fixed for the MOT.

We had darren come out to change all pads and back discs on my audi a5 .

Darren did a great job on the car, he was very clear as to what he was doing at all times and when I spoke to him about the vehicle service check which I didn’t need (yet couldn’t remove from my booking) he said he would sort it which he did.

Darren went the extra mile also when he was given the wrong brake discs and had to drive to BSE to get the correct ones before driving to the east Suffolk coast to carry the work out on my car
