Darren seemed a nice decent guy. He arrived on time, He changed my car’s timing belt within around 3- 3.5hours time 👍🏻. He done the job and left. My fault, I should ask him to show me the old timing belt kit but I forgot. So I text him to send me the picture of it what he failed to do so. Should I be concerned!? Transparency is the key for good a customer service.

Andrew was very punctual arriving well before he was due which was great because I could get on with the rest of my day without fear of missing him. He was very knowledgeable and completed my oil change and filter very quickly also checked and topped up where necessary. Overall very impressed and will use this company again, would recommend yo all.

Communication has been great, both when communicating with the mechanic team and ClickMechanic. Everyone has been super friendly and very quick to respond with any questions.
I had a little bump in the road but that was quickly sorted. I have since used ClickMechanic again to have new brake pads and discs and everything has been simple and straight forward

Darren came out to look at my car to fix an issue I was previously given a diagnoses at a garage. Looked at my car to tell me that the part I was told needed replacing did not indeed need replacing. Gave the car a very good look over and assured me it was all good. Very polite, very helpful and informative. Good communication too. Would highly recommend
