This was my first time with Click Mechanic, and it was excellent.
The web interface and detailed offering with pricing is very good and informative and even if you want a repair which is not on the list as I did, the response time to quote was about 1hr.
Once the job was accepted by a mechanic, there was instant communication via the Click Mechanic system and the actual mechanic himself via text.
The mechanic Lee, was prompt tentative to detail and was an excellent communicator which is lacking in many dealer garages.
He offered personal ID, brought the new replacement part and showed me the broken part after the repair.
