I just cannot fault Richard or his Son. He called at 1210 to say he was at the car, kept me info'd throughout and was finished replacing front discs and pads by 1300. Total professionalism and a joy to have dealt with. Have kept his business card for when I have the rears done. 11/10

the Mechanic came across on arrival as very friendly, understood the issue very quickly, he and his associate quickly investigated to see if there was any problem with the steering, quickly checked work I had previously carried and confirmed my view that there was minor wear in the column but no play in the response from steering wheel to wheels. He was also an MOT tester and confirmed there was nothing there that would cause any issue with an MOT. They did check everything with car on the ground and with the wheels raised up, checked lock to lock, no issue could be seen. He was Very professional, and knowledgeable and friendly.
