Richard came to replace my EGR valve and perform an interim service today (24/03). He got in touch with me yesterday to advise he may arrive earlier than planned, and to check if that was ok which I really appreciated. Richard discovered some additional problems with the car while carrying out the work and was able to offer his expertise on my options going forward.

I know a lot more about the condition of my car following Richard’s visit - I really feel he went above and beyond. Some people could have just done the work I’d booked and left it at that.
