Vauxhall Mokka EGR valve replacement

Richard came to replace my EGR valve and perform an interim service today (24/03). He got in touch with me yesterday to advise he may arrive earlier than planned, and to check if that was ok which I really appreciated. Richard discovered some additional problems with the car while carrying out the work and was able to offer his expertise on my options going forward.
I know a lot more about the condition of my car following Richard’s visit - I really feel he went above and beyond. Some people could have just done the work I’d booked and left it at that. I’m VERY grateful that Richard isn’t one of those people! Would highly recommend booking him for any work you need doing.

Richard was fantastic. Communicated from the start. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Vehicle breakdowns and repairs are always stressful, but Richard was confident and nothing was too much trouble, and got my van back on the road ready for work.
