“Ross accepted to do my clutch replacement and I was booked in for Tuesday but through no fault of his own, the supplier hadn't delivered my new clutch kit so Ross had to re order. We arranged for him to come on the Friday instead as he had other work commitments booked in and clutch replacement is a big job.
During the week Ross had great communication with me and even dropped me a message to let me know he had the new clutch kit in his possession.
On Friday Ross turned up to my car whilst I was at work and ran into a couple of issues again through no fault of his own but keeping me informed at all times of extra parts needed which he ordered straight away.
Ross reassured me that my car would be up and running and worked well into early evening/dark to get it completed so i would be back on the road.
I asked Ross to check over my car for any other issues which he did and shown me videos/photos of these issues.
He was very knowledgeable and a friendly guy in general.
I would 100% use Ross again and would recommend him. Thanks :)”
