I booked a premium pre-purchase inspection for a reason. Sadly, the battery was draining over the last 2 months due to a fault within. I have to jump start it every day now. My garage tells me this would have been easily spotted if the battery checks were done properly during the inspection. Now, I have to pay for a new battery. Really disappointed!

More than happy with Rhys's work. He was very knowledgeable, with useful information beyond the vehicle itself, including about other types of 4x4, which made us feel we had made the right decision in opting for a Hilux rather than a Mitsubishi, Isuzu or Ford. Also he was patient and friendly, with a good attitude to ourselves and the job, and we were very happy wth the work he carried out.

He arrived on time, got straight to work after asking me a few questions about the car and enquiring if there was anything in particular that was concerning me. He came to the door a couple of times to let me know how he was getting on and to inform me of things he’d found and what he was going to do next.
