Gareth was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He kept me updated every step of the way and completed my DPF clean expeditiously. During the service Gareth identified another issue with my vehicle that I was unaware of and he was able to narrow this down to 2 specific management sensors. I will purchase these sensors and once I have them I will have no hesitation contacting ClickMechanic to fit them and reprogramme the ECU. Gareth was really good, friendly and helpful. I would recommend him. The only thing that he could have improved on was to send me a message to let me know he was going to be delayed. He arrived 5 mins before the 2 hour window expired. But he did a great job.
