Gareth was a polite and approachable guy. He highlighted a few issues on the car that I hadn't noticed. Thanks to him for this help.
Just a few things to say: he arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled, which is okay, but I wanted to be there whilst he was doing the checks, but he didn't let me know that he had arrived early. Also, when I asked if he had driven the car at speed, he said he had been in the ring road, which is a stop start journey at 30mph. Unfortunately, this does not equate to driving at speed, where you can judge issues that arise at say 60mph. I did expect this test to be done as part of the inspection. I will have to go back to the dealership and test drive the vehicle on a dual carriageway or the M5. All the checks were done in an hour, I just hope that time covered everything on the checklist. Came bang on time which seems rare these days, got on with the job gave me a bit of advice to keep an eye on with the vehicle. Easy, would use gareth again no problem!
