“Sarim Autos were great, I dropped my car off at the agreed time and they were expecting me which is always nice! There was an issue with the availability of parts but I was quickly contacted and offered a solution which still enabled them to complete the work on the same day. The communication was great and I was slept updated throughout the day, normally I have had to chase other garages for info so again this was really added to the great experience. When I went down to collect I was shown the car and the old parts and they checked I was happy, to which I was and we completed the transaction.
