Aleksandr was more than helpful and you can see straight away that he's an experienced mechanic, I've explained him by phone what happened to my van and he advised me to look at different parts of the engine which they could have been damaged, and indeed they were and saved me time and money, he did the job in 1 day and kept in touch the entire time, sending me pictures and explaining everything.
1st time when I used him and really happy, recomend 100%

I paid extra for a slot between 8 and 10. Rang at 9.50 to say he would be here at 10.20. The guy was nice sort of told me what was wrong with the car but unfortunately not able to help. So have had to book into a garage 8 days later.
