I paid extra for a slot between 8 and 10. Rang at 9.50 to say he would be here at 10.20. The guy was nice sort of told me what was wrong with the car but unfortunately not able to help. So have had to book into a garage 8 days later.

I do apologies that I was not able to repair your vehicle.
I was thinking how I was able to help you even after job was done(diagnostic), but waiting time was 14 working days on that time in my workshop(I would subcontract automatic gearbox specialist).
I do look on this review as point where I can improve, I do appreciate your honest feedback.
