Brandon was fantastic. I booked a diagnostic check for an intermittent chugging issue on my Kia, and his communication was spot on from start to finish. He did physical checks and hooked his diagnostic computer up to the car and took it for a test drive, which allowed him to quickly and accurately identify that the ignition coils were the root cause. He explained exactly what was going on and gave me a tonne of honest, helpful advice on how to proceed. Highly recommend him if you need a knowledgeable and honest mechanic to get to the bottom of a car problem.
