“Overall I am happy with the service but there are 2 points I would like to raise.
1. The collection of my car cost me £50 to the driver.
2. Following 4 unsuccessful attempts to obtain a drive-shaft the garage used my own spare which cost me £34! This means I paid £84 over and above the fee charged by yourselves.
I was personally collected this morning to go and get my car back and I am quite happy with that. Good service from friendly people but dearer than expected.”
