Darren was an absolute star. First class communication about when he was arriving, and arrived exactly when he said he would. His standard of work is faultless, he has worked on Jaguar XF's previously and knows his stuff. He changed all four brake discs and pads and the attention to detail was impressive, no corners were cut in any way. I was jubious about using ClickMechanic as my importance is based on the man with the spanner who will work on my car, not a website or any fancy marketing. Darren didn't dissappoint at all. He has many years experience as a mechanic and is a super friendly guy as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Darren to work on your car, I am very fussy and was fully prepared to cancel the job if I wasn't satisfied in the man with the spanner! No need though.
