I am a AA member and feel totally let down by them as their working hours are fixed/rigid and charges are over the top . Good guy, called and understood what I wanted from the inspection and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on the vehicle.

Ed was absolutely fantastic. His communication was great and I felt really looked after. Thanks to him I avoided buying something that seemed fine to me but turned out to have some serious undisclosed damage that had not been safely repaired.
