“Olly was amazing! He carried out a pre-sale inspection for a van I wanted to buy. He was really communicative throughout the whole process, he messaged me promptly after the booking to let me know he was in touch with the vehicle owner, he replied to all messages, and was really friendly.

He called me after the inspection and advised me against buying the van. He gave me a very detailed report over the phone and told me all of the problems with the van. I was relieved, and happy to take his advice and avoid buying a vehicle that was going to be a liability and cost me even more in repairs in the near future.
