“Gagandeep arrived within the times specified. Due to the potential difficulties changing glow plugs he took the car away to his workshop. This was always going to be a tricky repair that would either be reasonably quick or worst case scenario it could have been a major problem if the glow plugs had snapped removing them. As I suspected he was not able to complete the work on the day but was back at it on the Monday and returned the vehicle with the replacement plugs installed.

Hi Knowledge, his friendlyness and his communication was 1st class.
