“When I made the booking, I didn't know this was a mobile service until I went on the bot chat. On the day, I received a call to confirm the mechanic's arrival time & when he arrived, I was informed of the work to be carried out (though I was a little bit dissapointed because I thought I had booked MOT & Service but it was not the case) Anyway the mechanic was clear & precise as to what work was to be carried out also the outcome of the work.
Overall, some work was done but it meant I had to sort out the remainder of job.
