First time using this service. Vertex Auto's (Jonathan Nash) messaged a few times to confirm his ETA. Knew exactly what was going on and when he would arrive. Just over an hour i have new discs and pads from the comfort of my own home. No waiting in a garage. Great service. Johnathan gave advisories and was knowledgable about the car.
