Kiel was absolutely fantastic. He contacted me immediately after I made initial contact and was able to do the survey at very short notice without me being there. He was on time and contacted me immediately after undertaking the survey to report back his findings. I am very happy with the service.

Not that good unfortunately. While I paid for the basic inspection the mechanic missed a badly seeping front shock that should have been picked up jsur from a visual inspection in the driveway.
