Andy was so thorough on the inspection and great at explaining all the car info I was unfamiliar with. I found him so helpful right from the first message explaining what to expect, to the detailed phone call afterwards. I feel reassured with the guidance on what to raise with the seller, and what might be reasonable to expect from them.

Adam was fantastic - he was on time, communication was great, and he was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my car, and carried out checks to make sure it definitely needed a new battery, rather than just automatically fitting one. I really appreciated him doing this. I had an excellent experience with Adam, who came out to diagnose an issue with my car. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem, clearly explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and answered all of my questions without rushing.
