Adam was fantastic! First and foremost, he was friendly and put me (f) at ease straight away. Prior to arrival, the communication was clear and professional and when he did arrive, he talked me through what he was doing, why he was doing it and what the diagnostic results meant. Most importantly, he gave me honest, practical advice for my next steps. I didn't feel rushed and I had all my questions answered. I was so nervous about using a service I wasn't familiar with but in the event I ever need any car related assistance again, they'll be my first port of call and I'd happily recommend them. I appreciate not everyone's experience will be the same but from me, it's a 10/10.
