Adam was fantastic - he was on time, communication was great, and he was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my car, and carried out checks to make sure it definitely needed a new battery, rather than just automatically fitting one. I really appreciated him doing this. The new battery was fitted extremely quickly, and my car is in perfect working order again. I am so pleased. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Adam, who came out to diagnose an issue with my car. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem, clearly explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and answered all of my questions without rushing. Adam was focused on the diagnostic check I needed and he found the fault(s) and I had his report within an hour of his visit. He tried to explain the issue as best he could to a non car person.
I am still a little confused as to wether the job has gone out live to tender as I don’t want to book anything further until I have heard from another mechanic?
