Adam msg us before he arrived we told him was happening and he explained what and why these things happen he was explaining what he planned to do and the reason and went through every process and why my problems happened

Tried really hard to fix the issue with my X5 but it turns out my car needs to go on a ramp to fix the issue but would definitely recommend Adam and I like to use him again
