Pete picked the car up exactly on the time agreed. Later Matt (his qualifications were displayed on the website,which prompted confidence in the company) contacted me and explained what the problem was. He quoted a fair price and proceeded to fix the problem. Considering this was during the christmas holiday period, the car was returned at the agreed time with courtesy and a helpful manner.
I would not hesitate to use clickmechanic again. The transaction was smooth and straightforward.
