Mechanic was able to arrive earlier due to cancellation. Good communication.
Unfortunately my vehicle requires additional work but I was talked through the issues and explained problem.

Brad was brilliant very polite got on with the work showed me the cracks on timing belt and advised extra work which i let him crack on with after showing me will definitely use brad again
