Initially there was a problem with getting a part. Andy called to advise me and said he would research and come back to me which he did, telling me he had one lined up. He told me roughly when he would arrive and called me when he was on his way. So rare these days for someone to keep you in the loop and this was much appreciated. When he arrived he did a fine job without any fuss. He was very friendly and constructive when I asked him about another problem that might exist. First class service all round. Thank you.
