“Andrei was great. Was able to book the same day, showed up on time and communicated well at all times I.e texting ahead of time to confirm how long he was going to be. Andrei and his partner diagnosed the problem immediately and offered a solution (replacement battery). He also offered to change my front brake pads and discs and looked at an engine light for me, and can me a very quick diagnosis. Something even the manufacturer hasn’t been able to do! He offered to fix the issue that was causing the engine light, and quoted me exact numbers for the price of all 3 jobs (replacement battery, front discs and pads replacement and replacement glow plugs). Due to price, I opted for the battery and the replacement brakes, and Andrei advised to contact the manufacturer regarding the glow plugs as it may be covered under warranty. Andrei replaced the battery within 15 mins and got the car started, and said he would return later that evening with the parts to replace the brakes. Andrei text later that evening to confirm he had been to two stores to find the parts but couldn’t get them. However he had ordered them and would be able to pick them up the next day and fit the same evening. Andrei re booked another slot for the following day (for work he never anticipated following the first booking) and turned up on time with the parts to fit the brakes. This was done quickly and efficiently in the dark! Very great service, with great communication, will definitely be using again. Thanks Andrei.”
