I was very nervous about using your services.That makes me keep records of times and works on my car. These are the things that I don’t appreciate. I booked 1day off work hoping it will finish in a day but by He(Edmore)turns up last minute of window time,Window time is 8-10am.And while he’s working He was on the phone all the time! So,He couldn’t finish all works in a day, Dragging to next day (29sep’26)for MOT,Pick up from and delivery to my work place;MalvernWR14 by 4.30pm my finished work time.He drove my car to MOT station in Birmingham B8 3UA cost me fuel for 80 miles and put more Mileage on the car luckily I had lots of fuel in the tank. He returned 1/2hour late 5pm, because of traffic,lelf me stranded. I found the message on the dashboard screen still said SERVICE DUE! I would give a zero if I could.
Avoid at all costs.
My car has been left damaged work uncompleted but still been charged.
Click mechanic state they are just a third party and can do anything about it.
You really need to avoid and go to a proper mechanic I most definitely will in future.

Time management could be improved. Was booked for between 4pm -6pm initially and received a call that he was delayed at a previous job so was not able to attend. Offered to come the following morning for 8am and arrived after 9am so that side could be improved on. Other that that, he completed the job in a prompt timely manner, and was polite so couldn’t ask for more

Excellent work arrived on time no issues fixed the water pump on my car within 2 hr was very friendly and gave me some good advise would definitely recommend

Edmore was a lifesaver, and the car drives like it should now!!! Clutch replaced on my driveway, in far less time than the last clutch I had replaced - and I took that car to a garage with inspection ramps!
