“Thomas did an exellent job considering how hard it was to get access to some of the bolts. I don't think he had worked on a Smart car before so he did brilliant. The only problem was that after a longer test drive when he had left, the amber dash light came on. I reset it but a short while later it came on again. The car is running ok at the moment but i may have to take it to a Mercedes garage to have a diagnosis done on the OPG as there is a fault code that only they can reset. Otherwise at the moment he's done a good job.”

“The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable, although he had never actually worked on my type of car before. He was earlier than expected, but phoned and asked if it was ok to come early, which was ok.
The only issue I had was with the scope of work passed down to him, although he came prepared anyway. I had a full service booked and my car has 3 cylinders but 6 spark plugs. However the work passed to him was only to change 3 spark plugs, which was all that was costed for. Why would you do that - that should be looked at for future reference? Although a fixed price job he had to charge extra for the 3 additional spark plugs, which luckily he had brought with him in case. The Smart manual recommends to remove the rear bumper to replace the spark plugs but he managed to find a way to do it without taking the bumper off, which was good.”
