He was friendly and happy to answer other questions I had while he was workings

They arrived within the time slot.
Worked quietly and neatly, however didn't think outside the box when presented with the initial project and thought what might have caused or effected it.
Communication was minimal even though I am a woman I would of appreciated a little more explanation as to what was going on with the car.
Appreciated the heads up on the break pads.
The car is no longer over heating and running well so far.

Bob was spot on, he diagnose my cos fault instantly and resolved it.
He also gave some useful tips on where to get spare parts.

Definitely a Yes from me.

Barry was good. Despite turning up with the wrong belts he organised the correct one.

Barry not only fixed the original fault as required but also checked the 12v battery which was also at fault. Would 100% request Barry for any future requirements.

Car was not parked in the best position to replace a snapped belt but Barry did a great job safely and in cold conditions
