Barry arrived on time and diagnosed the issue which was more serious than I had first realised. Aux belt tensioner wheel had disintegrated.
He returned the next day with the required parts and fixed the issue.

Was able to come the same day and returned the next day to complete the work after ordering a part. Identified the issue quickly. Would recommend Barry

Barry was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He had to return for a second visit because the issue wasn’t just what I had initially thought it was, he came back and where he got the part from gave him the wrong pump so he then had to come back a third time with the right part. Been really clear with communication, kept me updated throughout the last week. Very impressed, 10/10
