“I don’t often rate a 5, in fact this might be the first.
The car failed on the Saturday night, my wife was ambulanced into a distant hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning for emergency surgery, my local garages didn’t have a slot available within 4 to 6 weeks!
Paul had a slot within a couple of days, my car was collected, repaired and delivered back to me.
I had explained my situation to Paul who kept me informed of progress without overdoing it.
I have waited a week before posting this review and the car is driving like new.”
