I was impressed by him taking the time to give me a call once I'd made the booking for my pre-purchase inspection, to check the kind of things I wanted to concentrate on. He got back to me promptly with a call to give me the details. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi dave I am amazed by your review we did the job we was asked to do alternator replacement we 1st checked charging status and confirmed alternator faulty. We re replaced alternator and checked charging all ok. We recovered car back to you free of charge. I do not see any correspondence from you through click mechanic or directly to me. Absolutely brilliant. Turned up on time to collect vehicle. Gave honest opinion on work that was required. Cheerful and friendly. Kept in touch though the day with updates. Received the car back all repaired and delivered in under a typical working day. Had to pay a little more than was originally thought, but I was prepared for this as we had discussed that there could be more damage than met the eye. Prices for the extra piece of work very fair indeed and especially given it all happened in one day. Best all round experience I have had with a garage ( and trust me I've had a few over the years).
