picked car up tuesday evening had to phone them wed evening to find out what was happening. told waiting for clutch to be delivered at 4pm. no communication from garage phoned thurs 3.30pm I was told waiting for driver to come back off b/down then would deliver car back to me. ARRIVED AROUND 6PM

The mechanic who came out was polite and professional, however I requested a 10am-12pm slot and he arrived at 6pm (no fault of his own as his shift only started at 4pm)
