After moving back home, I took up a full-time role handling emergency callouts and roadside repairs for a national breakdown provider. Alongside this, I continue to run my own local garage, offering reliable, high-quality repairs with that trusted small-garage feel. My car was collected as planned and returned the same day. Job completed as requested and paid the price quoted. Only negative, car wing mirror was damaged whilst with the mechanic, informed of damage when vehicle returned and advised he would be in contact to replace/repair, 3 weeks and still waiting,

Regarding the wing mirror, the damage was unfortunately caused by a third party while the vehicle was parked.
I had intended to resolve this for you, but due to some unexpected personal circumstances, there was a delay in arranging it.
I'm happy to hear you were able to get the mirror replaced and complete the sale of your vehicle as planned.

Charlie was fantastic, he was on time and very friendly when we met which immediately made me feel at ease. He was confident in his abilities and certainly delivered what was promised. He was polite throughout and explained everything he was going to do.
