Razvan was very personable and explained everything clearly prior to carrying out any work. This was a job none of my local garages would take on but Razvan s approach was fully re-assuring and demonstrated he had the expertise to carry out the repair. He immediately identified the issue and gave me transparent resolution proposition; dates, timescales for completion, process etc. Turned up when he said he would, returned vehicle when he said he would and communicated with me throughout the process to keep me updated. The car is now running perfectly (better than before the issue!). Highly recommended - I will definitively use again.

Razvan was great and sorted out my MOT when the original booking whilst on his email but didn't appear on the booking list at the venue Razvan sorted an alternative for me. A fabulous asset to the company.

Razvan was brilliant. So much easier than using a regular garage. It was a big job heater matrix replacement but he did and he had the car returned back same day and in the evening he was above what we needed and even diagnosed another fault I had mentioned.
