Raz was excellent, efficient, professional and friendly. Knows his stuff and I was more than happy with the outcome. Explained every step of what he did with pictures to help. Great overall experience.

Had a call from Razvan saying that he would be with me for 9:00 Which he was, very polite chap had a coffee then started work, very tidy and cleaned as he went along, l found he was very thorough and made the job look easy. On completion Razvan took pictures of the parts used and clock milage which was sent to me plus receipt, would definitely call on him again. Nice one Razvan.

On arrival he was friendly, and to the point with the work that needed done. Even offering some insight into preventing issues in future. He quoted me more work that the car would benefit from and I wont hesitate to rebook him out for the work

Unfortunately the job couldn’t be completed and now another problem has occurred with my alarm going off unnecessarily.
I was hoping it would be resolved as I was looking after my grandchildren and had no time to go home to my garage and it will cost me more now

Razvan was fantastic, phoned me to see if he could turn up a bit earlier and he explained everything to me, he done a brilliant job on my car and fixed the problem with the DPF.
